Unhappy with my vacuum sealer
Don’t really use mine very much but when I bought mine it worked nicely on some occasions unfortunately I started using it this weekend after Thanksgiving and none of my packaging sealed correctly didn’t vacuum very well and tried using the 10” bags as well and left the ends opened they didn’t seal I’m so disappointed.

IT WILL BREAK...
I've had this same unit thrice in less than two years. The first one stopped working/would not close, so I returned it to Walmart. I purchased a second one that lasted a bit longer but started doing the same thing again. The latch would not engage or close and nothing would fix it. I contacted FoodSaver, and after several back-and-forth emails, they sent a replacement in May 2023. Fast forward to March 2024 and the replacement did the same thing. The process of getting in touch with FS is exhausting and time-consuming. After my call to customer service today to follow up on the emails, I found out that they do not warranty a replacement product. Furthermore, they now want the product ID number info (which they logically should have since they sent me the product), and I have no repercussions at this point except to purchase something else. I will no longer do business with a company that refuses to warranty their product, especially when the same problem keeps happening.

Unit is very unstable and it is hard to get a good seal. Must spend a lot of time fooling around with the bags to get the machine to work properly

Change is NOT always better...
Wish I could use my old attachments with the new machine! They changed the accessory port, and my old jar sealers/hoses won't fit! How annoying!

Junk. Save you money
This product is junk. Vacuum automatically stops before air is removed from the bag. Need to hit the seal button multiple times to hopefully get a good enough seal all the way across.

Disappointed
Not as good as I expected. Just doesn't do the job. Or either it was me. I have had a food saver vacuum for years. This was my 3rd one . I am very disappointed in this sealer.
