Return policy only applies to purchases made on Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consumer is responsible for return shipping charges. All returns require a Return Authorization. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Fill out the Start a Return form or use your order history in My Account. An email confirmation will be sent to you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your product as well as the necessary prepaid shipping and RMA labels for you to print out.

Refunds on returned item(s) will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase and should appear as a credit in your account within 1 – 2 billing cycles.
