Bad To customer service
In making my purchase on the Foodsaver website I realized I purchased the wrong bags so I contacted Food saver customer service to see if I could exchange the wrong bags for the bags I intended to Purchased Foodsaver customer service gave me a reference number: 50645902. But that's the last I heard from them I tried 4 more times to get an exchange but they have not contacted me back to tell me if they would or would not give me an exchange therefore I cannot see myself purchasing anything else from the Food Saver website They will just leave you hanging if you have a when you're buying online customer service very important

Great space saver
These are a great way to help keep your freezer organized while keeping food safe. They are heavy duty rolls, claiming to be 30% thicker. These are simple to use with your Food Saver machine. It helps lock in freshness and flavor while also helping to keep your freezer items from getting freezer burn. This is a big thing for me because I do my meats with them and need to be able to just pull them out of the freezer and not worry about a mess. They are thicker and that helps with keeping the bags from tearing or having holes in it. These are microwave safe and also safe for the freezer, refrigerator and pantry. If you have a Food Saver I’d definitely say to try these!

Excellent Product!
I have been using FoodSaver products for many years now. The main reason is that I buy many items in bulk, especially certain meats when they are on sale. This way I can divide the items up into meal size portions and then freeze them with no worries about the items getting frostbite. I also have a veggie garden and make my own pasta sauce which I put into the bags to freeze for use during the winter months. These larger bags are perfect for that because after I seal them, I lay them flat on a tray, put them in the freezer, and when frozen, all I have to do is remove the tray and leave the sealed items in there. I highly recommend this product. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing..and easy.
Forgot to take picture when I had everything out using this but I love it. The food I easily sealed and and very easy to slip my extra meats in there to seal them. It comes in a big package and very cost effective to save food. I buy big quantities of meat and store them in these bags. I love this! I will start buying these and use more often. So easy to buy 4 pounds of meat and put them in there and seal it and it is good a long time. I usually use The meat within a month or two and it's amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend buying this is you love saving left over foods and the seal is amazing and stays.

GREAT Product
I LOVE the rolls much better than the premade bag. The FoodSaver seals the bags with perfection. I am now purchasing frozen blueberries in a HUGE bag. I divide the bag into smaller sizes using the seal rolls so all I have to do is take out one that will last me approximately three days to go with my morning oatmeal. The bags are perfect thickness, they don't tear easily and you can easily see the food inside. Thank you for an AWESOME product.

Sturdy bags!
I received this for free from influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. I will be honest, i did not read the fine print that you should have the vacuum sealing device to make this work, so I intended to use it in a different way, which honestly really shows the versatility of the product. These bags/films and very thick. They come in a roll and whats nice is you can cut how much you meed and so I have been using it in different ways : to wrap sandwiches to work or even store some food in the fridge by enveloping it with it. They are sturdy and of good quality!

Heavy Duty Rolls
Overall, the start of the Heavy Duty 11" x 16' Vacuum Seal Rolls are very good! Thick and seals great! My complaint with almost all FoodSaver Seal Rolls (Heavy Duty and Regular) are the last 3-4 feet of the roll. It is usually NOT smooth, with lots of wrinkles or overlaps which causes crappy sealing. I have to smooth it out as best I can AND double seal it just to get a good vacuum seal. This is annoying and not cost saving in the long run. I think FoodSaver needs to do better QC when making and shipping out these rolls as they are not cheap at all!

What happened to these? I haven't had to buy them in a while. Very disappointed. They are not even close to being heavy duty like they used to be.
