A 9-inch pie has a diameter of about 9 inches and a height of around 2-3 inches, depending on the type of pie. A gallon-sized FoodSaver bag measures about 10-12 inches wide and around 12-15 inches tall, which should generally be large enough to fit a 9-inch pie, though the bag may be slightly larger than necessary. &#10;&#10;Our Reusable Gallon Vacuum Zipper Bags are designed for larger food items. It&#39;s important to note that the bag might be somewhat loose, which could make vacuum sealing hard to seal, as the vacuum might not be able to remove all the air if there&#39;s a lot of extra space.
