Very disappointed.
I tried contacting you via email about my model number and the drip tray that was needed for it and I got no response when I went ahead and ordered the only option that I could see for my vacuum seal did not fit nor did it even have the conductors to trip the machine into an off mode if the drip tray got filled so basically I'm sitting here with the drip tray laying next to me that one doesn't fit my machine and number two my machine no longer works because I can't find a drip tray for it so bad news I spent more than the drip tray shipping and will not pay for it to be returned. I had purchased another food saver through Amazon but decided to return it because of this difficulty so now I will figure out another way to preserve my food. Regards, Clinton Ames

Drip tray
Did not fit my unit. Am very unhappy that there is not a drip tray available for the FM5460. I paid almost $200 for the unit, and now find out parts are not available.

Great product, but they don't sell wire sealing element bar, you have to buy a whole new machine. I was able to fix it myself.

Drip Tray
The plastic end clips are very fragile. If one should break the drip tray naturally begins to rise a little on the broken side causing problems with the unit engaging into the seal mode. Until you get a replacement you should open the unit between bags and push it back down. Tech support was awesome in helping me find the right part as mine is a much older unit, but still works like a charm!

Get a new customer service department.
I bought this as a replacement for the tray I lost. On the site it says this is the correct item to use but it won't even fit into the opening. When I tried to return it I was chastised for purchasing the wrong one and sent an email requesting a thesis as to why they should accept the return. This over a $10.00 item that their own website said was the correct PN. To top it off they don't even have the correct one so the machine is useless.

DISGUSTED!!!
The product did not fit my Foodsaver. Apparently, there are no other drip trays that fit my FoodSaver. On top of all of that, they wanted me to pay shipping to ship it back to them. RIDICULOUS!!!!
