No Clear Description
Terrible description on portal regarding fit on model. The picture looks the part, but when the actual part arrives, it doesn't fit.
I sent an email asking why. The reply I got was I did order the part.

Disappointed!
Just bought this in Costco on 10/03/2024 .
The bag accessory that plugs into the port broke .
I’ve used it all of 3 times . Today is 10/14/2024
Cheaply made for something that has to be pushed in and pulled out .
I just bought Sous vide bags and vacuum bags.
That will now be useless .
I ordered jar sealers that should be delivered any minute but am afraid to plug the hose in as it might break as well .If there is a solution to this please advise. I may just return it to Costco .If I can’t use everything the machine has to offer why keep it .

Worst web site
Hardest web site to order from. Not knowing what part i needed. I ordered two replacement parts. They canceled one item and the other one didn't work. It was a waste of time trying to find the right part. It seem like they don't want you to find replacement parts. But rather buy a new unit.

Ten year old $185 Food Saver
Cust Service finally answered my call, not email. I gave them
Model & serial# for support to purchase new parts. Purchased frm Costco. They had no equivalent, comparable machine & basically wanted me to purchase a newer model. I bought a $7.99 seal & paid $9.99 ffor shipping from them. 🙄. It came in mail & was totally wrong part frm C/S. I took apart machine myself & got it back working. I am a 70 yr old Mom.

Advise from customer service wrong
I called customer service and I explained to them what the problem was. They told me to buy two parts when I received them. I can only use one so now I wasted my money on the second one. It's useless for me to send it back because I have to pay shipping and restocking fee and it will cost more than the actual part. Customer service needs to learn their job before they start giving advice to customers..

Part wasn’t an exact fit, but a few modifications with scissors, it fit and works fine. It is an old machine but works.
