Nice handheld product
Because this is a handheld it's great for saving space on the counter. It's easy to keep clean if you have a spill from the liquid that you may put in with your meat. Even though it's smaller it's still durable.

I have always wanted one of these. I am so happy I finally have one. It is so easy o use and the outside doesn't get hot. The bag where the bag seals does so becareful. And having the portable one helps alot.

It does a great job at sealing and vacuuming. I wish it came with more bags. I’m still not sure if I’ll include this on my kitchen routine, as it might take more time than a regular ziplock

Portable, and efficient!
I really like this, and having the option to vacuum seal food, as I freeze a lot of things, so they don’t go to waste. Very easy to transport, as it’s thin, and not bulky. Would recommend!

Vacuum Sealer
Vacuum sealer needs work. Hard to use. Older with tubing much better, needed replacement and thought this would even with all it's bad reviews. Use vacuum bags almost exclusively.

A kitchen must-have
Thank you influenster and foodsaver for sending me this product in exchange for my honest feedback. I love how this device is slim compared to older models and how it has the ability to seal bottles and mason jars. Its easy to use and easy to store so i know i will be using this frequently. We like to buy meats in bulk and freezer bags just wont cut it
because it will still give meats freezer burn and turn the flavor. I wish i had used this for our frozen meats before the last hurricane and power outage, maybe we could’ve still saved some items before they were completely thawed out.
That said, my only issue is the cost of bags (although for the money it will save when we buy in bulk, i think its well worth it). Ive read about generic brands that can be used so i will try those out. Of course, frugal me just *had* to see if regular old storage bags will work (see cherries in the bag lol) and it totally did NOT vacuum the air out but it did seal it 😅 hey, somebody has to try it, right?😆
I think this is a smart addition to anyones kitchen as it will save a lot of time and money when we can freeze and store food.
