Tip: For a simple cheese pizza, preheat oven to 450 degrees F. On lightly floured surface, punch down dough and roll into 1/4-inch thickness. Place on lightly greased pan. Spread tomato sauce evenly over each pizza shell, leaving 1/2-inch border around edges. Scatter with mozzarella cheese and drizzle with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
