Cuban Mojo Marinade Recipe

This Mojo Marinade is bursting with tangy Cuban Mojo flavors and can be used as a veggie or meat marinade. Use this marinade with a FoodSaver® Zipper Bag or Container to marinate your favorite meats or vegetables in minutes.

• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp orange juice
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper


1.Mojo Marinade: Mix together oil, lime juice, orange juice, lemon juice, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

2.Mojo Meat, Seafood, or Veggies: Fill FoodSaver Zipper Bags or FoodSaver Containers with the marinade and food of your choice, turn the valve to the marinate setting, connect the handheld sealer, and press the Marinate button. Allow the sealer to run a 12-minute cycle to infuse your chicken, shrimp, pork tenderloin, or more with the marinade.

Tip: Mojo Marinade is perfect for all pork and chicken cuts that can be grilled or roasted. Try chops, pork roasts, chicken breasts or thighs, whole chicken, or spatchcock chicken.
