Classic Steak Marinade Recipe for Flank Steak

Ingredients:
- Steak Marinade:
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Grilled Marinated Flank Steak: 1 flank steak (about 2 lbs.)
Instructions:
- Steak Marinade: Stir together oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, mustard, bay leaves, pepper, brown sugar, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Grilled Marinated Flank Steak: Fill FoodSaver® Milti-Use Handheld Vacuum Sealer with the marinade and steak; turn the valve to the marinate setting, remove the liquid reservoir, connect the FoodSaver Handheld Sealer, and press the Marinate button. Allow the sealer to run a 12-minute cycle to infuse flank steak with marinade.
- Preheat grill to medium-high; grease grate well. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side for medium-rare or until cooked as preferred. Let stand for 10 minutes; slice thinly.
Tip: This steak marinade is perfect for all cuts of steaks, especially flank steak and sirloin cuts, but can also be used for flavorful pork and lamb chops.
