Compressed Mint Watermelon

With flavor infusion of mint and lemon, this is an upgrade on an already-delicious snack.

  • 1 watermelon 
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • Lemon (optional)


  1. Slice watermelon as desired.
  2. Portion out watermelon slices, then place into FoodSaver Reusable Vacuum Zipper Bags. Add washed mint leaves and optional squeeze of lemon.  
  3. Use FoodSaver tool to seal the bag shut.  
  4. Lay bag flat with the valve facing upwards. Place the Multi-Use Handheld Vacuum Sealer over the valve, then press “vacuum.” 
  5. Store in fridge until ready to eat.
