Hello! We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with your FoodSaver and will be happy to help you. Here are some troubleshooting tips to try: 1. It may be necessary to pre-freeze moist/soft food items to prevent moisture from compromising an effective vacuum/seal. These items include meats, fish, poultry, soft fruits, and blanched vegetables.&nbsp; 2. Test your FoodSaver by operating it without a bag. Allow the unit to complete the cycle. When the unit shuts off, lift the lid and gently touch the heat strip. If it is hot, please try to seal another bag. The gaskets in your unit are, unfortunately, not replaceable.
