Wonderful company to work with!
I broke my previous cord in a new battery jump pack I was using as a power source for my Food Saver. It turned out the new jump pack had a 12 volt port that was just a bit smaller than the port in the old pack and the cord got stuck. I was unable to get it out without the cord plug breaking.
My new cord was ordered and it arrived in a quick and uneventful manner. This is the second time I have ordered something from Food Saver online and both times the experience has been great.

This 12V Power Cord works with the FoodSaver&reg; GameSaver&reg; Big Game&trade; GM710 Food Preservation System. All other FoodSavers and GameSavers operate solely on 120V indoor outlets.
