Great machine ruined by a 2dollar part not stocked
Use this machine all the time, only limited by foodsavers refusal to stock cutter blades. on my 4th blade the last two last abut 50 cuts each. Terrible Foodsaver has you tied over a barrel and can not supply replacement blades. Looking for months now and still out of stock. Bait and switch ploy to make you buy a new machine

Good machine held hostage by a 2 dollar part
Machine is awesome but bag cutter is no good ...many complaints from alot of different people claiming same problem Company does not stock part Be prepared to jump through hoops to get a new blade

Wish the blades were stainless
My original blades rusted. It's unfortunate that they are not stainless steel. I took mine apart and the blades seemed identical to a common type of snap-off utility blade (down the the groove for snapping the segments apart and everything). I already had blades on hand to rebuild it (also not stainless), but for the price it's better just to buy a proper replacement rather than trying to put it back together with new blades without cutting myself.
For the next ones, I'll preemptively put a drop of mineral oil on them every once in a while.

Poor Product Support
It looks like the cutter on FoodSaver is a main failure item. It is irresponsible of this manufacture not to have the replacement cutter blades available and when they are available, to require a $35 purchase to replace a listed $2 item.

Automated Responses To Just Call The Company!
Ask a Simple Question as to what cutter blades fit a GameSaver model #V2450 and the response is to call the company! Why are the responses automated instead of an actual response! I can confirm that I won't purchase FoodSaver Products in the future with these types of responses.

Worked Perfectly
I think it's better than the original. The price was so good I bought a few of them. I see that they have been unavailable in the past and if this was the case for me this review would have been much different. I appreciate that they have them now and are reasonably priced and don't cost a ton to ship
