Flash freeze just means you&#39;re going to put it in your freezer long enough for the outside to become solid before you vacuum seal it. This will lock the moisture in your meat and keep the FoodSaver itself from vacuuming out all the moisture and deeming it unable to seal the bags properly. The FoodSaver is detecting moisture in the drip tray. To clear the tray full indicator light, it is necessary to open the unit and remove the drip tray. Make sure the surrounding area under the drip tray has dried completely. Please leave the unit open with the drip tray removed overnight. Also, remember to unplug the unit. Then, place the drip tray back in the unit, close it and turn it on. Press the cancel button to reset the unit, the light should go off.
