No Clear Description
Terrible description on portal regarding fit on model. The picture looks the part, but when the actual part arrives, it doesn't fit.
I sent an email asking why. The reply I got was I did order the part.

Part wasn’t an exact fit, but a few modifications with scissors, it fit and works fine. It is an old machine but works.

I would like to inform you that the sealing/heating strips in all the FoodSaver models are not replaceable and any attempt to fix or replace them can negatively affect the warranty or even irreversibly damage the unit, so I advise you not to try replacing it by yourself. We are sorry to inform you that we don't have replacement part for your vacuum seal profile since the machine that you have is an obsolete product.
