does not fit but it taught me how to replace blade
Replacement part does not fit my device. But while removing the blade insert discovered that i can easily replace just the blade portion of the cutter. Had I not tried to adapt this part to my current product, I would never have discovered that the cutter blades for my bag cutter are from common razor knives with snap off blades. was able to replace the blades in my existing product with sections of blade from a razor knife i had at home and now my bag cutter works like new. No tools necessary other than maybe a small screwdriver to separate the different components that snap back together.

Tiny, inexpensive part saved the holiday
When our food saver quit cutting bags, we feared we had to buy a new one. This little cutter part is cheap and pops right into place. At its price, we bought a couple of spares for the next time.

Wrong size

Buy this product! You'll never regret it.
This was a great part to be able to replace. I have no clue how it stopped working. With out it was an inconvenient adjustment to make to continue to vacuum pack food. I Love this machine. It is the second one I've bought in fifteen years.
