Great Product - Poor Customer Support
I had an issue with my order. So far, I’ve reached out to customer support through the website and their response was to ask me for my order number. I promptly responded with the order number and it’s been 3 days. Other than the customer support, I would have rated this item higher. I ordered 2 of the quart size bags, following the instructions if adding 4 to my cart because they were offering a buy 2, get 2 sale. It it wasn’t for this, I would have rated this a 5 star rating with this information: These zipper bags are significantly better than the first zipper bags. The plastic seal on the original zipper bags would fall off, making the bags useless. However, these zipper bags have a better design and the problem with the putter plastic seal falling off is no longer an issue. The improvements make this product an excellent product!

Handy, sturdy, easy to clean and reuse.
Just beginning to use enjoy these sturdy bags. Work extremely well with the handheld sealer. Stood up well in the 'small item' jumble section of my freezer. Which is important since I cook for one. I don't have to pull out my full sized vacuum sealer to make & seal small bags anymore.

Didn't know there was a freezer version
I've been using Food Saver bags (regular) in the freezer for a few years with no problem. Then when I bough a new manual sealer, I discovered there was a freezer option so I'm trying them. They seem just a bit thicker than the regular bags and the suction hold is quite sturdy.

Bags are sturdy and so far most hold the seal
I like the new bags. Very sturdy and 2 out of 3 hold the seal. One of the bags leaked. I’ve only tried 3 bags so far after buying them a few weeks ago. Hopefully the one bad bag was an anomaly. And yes I sealed it correctly. But so far I am reasonably happy with these bags

Great bags
This was the best idea for Foodsaver. The easy of use, quality of the resealable bags and their durability is incredible. I use them when I travel, to sealing dog treats to keep them fresh. My dog certainly appreciates the bags.

To hard to open after sealing
As much as I love the idea and the bags, the fact that they are so hard to open has put me off of buying them. If they made the lip even a little wider, I could open it easier. So I won't be buying these again.

It's A Breeze
I really love my FoodSaver. The zipper bags are real handy. The zipper tool works great and I really like how the vacuum attachment take all the air out. I use my Foodsaver a lot.

Directions, please.
There are no directions on how to get the handheld to 'fit' to the bags. After lots of screwing around I found out you just set it on top of the hole. stupid.
