Can I change my payment dates?

Your payment dates are based on the shipping date and cannot be changed.

Is my $19.99 Processing and Handling fee refundable if I return the FoodSaver® system?

The $19.99 Processing and Handling fee is a non-refundable fee.

What happens if my FoodSaver® system isn't received and processed before the 30 days and my card is charged the first payment?

In the event that your FoodSaver® system isn't received and processed before the first monthly installment payment has been charged to your credit card, we will process a credit. The credit should appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

Who pays the shipping cost for returns?

Shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is the best way to return my FoodSaver® system if I do not want to continue the 30 Day Risk Free Trial?

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your FoodSaver® system purchase you may return your item to us within 30 days of the shipping date on your enclosed packing slip. Once your FoodSaver® system is received and processed, we will credit any monthly installment payment that may have been charged, except for the $19.99 for processing and handling.

For quick return processing, please include your packing slip or invoice for your FoodSaver® system and return in the original packaging using a trackable shipping method. Please send to the following address:

When will my first payment be due?

The first installment will be billed by our system 30 days after your FoodSaver® system is shipped to you. There will be 3 more consecutive monthly payments of $45.75 plus applicable sales tax for a total of 4 payments.

Your Processing & Handling fee of $19.99 plus applicable sales tax will be charged when your FoodSaver® system is shipped to you.

The shipping date can be found on your packing slip.
