FoodSaver® GameSaver® DAM® Gallon Heat-Seal Bags, 22 Count
You need to check out the liquid 'dam' feature.
When ever I vacuum seal a product with extra liquid I always put a paper towel inside the bag close to where it will be sealed. This is to stop the liquid from getting into the vacuum sealer and messing it up. Low and behold. . 'foodsaver' has solved the problem. These Gamsaver 'Dam' bags have the 'dam' built in. . Good job 'FoodSaver'. . . these are nice and easy to use, plus they work. . well done. I was hesitant about buying them, but now I will use them again and again.

The Perfect Bag for Sealing Fresh Meat
I have always made my own bag, and partially froze the fresh meat and chicken to keep the "juices" from running up the bag. I tried these for the first time, and they are perfect. No more juice stopping the seal; they can be used without partially freezing the food. Perfect for Chicken, Fish, and Steak. The block stops the juice before it can interfere with the sealing of the bag. The Gallon is plenty big enough for most seals. The Perfect Bag for Sealing fresh Meat.

This product is easy to use.
I don't know why I took so long in buying a FoodSaver Machine, I love my machine and the pre-cut bags, it is such a life saver when you buy food in bulk or for that freshly caught fish and crabs. It is also great when I cook food in bulk like chili, spaghetti sauce, gravy and even beef stew.
The best thing about it is that the food doesn't get freezer burn and it is a life saver when you have unexpected guest over and have to prepare something fast.

Love the entire food saver system. I buy things in bulk, particularly meat when it's on sale and these bags are great. I never like to buy meat that's already frozen because you never know how long it's been frozen. If I freeze it myself with regular bags, sometimes it would get freezer burnt before we would use it. This solves both problems! It would be fantastic if the bags weren't so expensive though because we use a ton of them.

Always a Great Product
I simply cannot be without my Foodsaver bags! I can purchase family size packages of meat, separate into serving portions, season and freeze for later use. Other times I can save leftovers or freeze complete meals for later consumption! They really keep food fresh! I've even used them for preserving old magazines or newspapers so they don't crack or turn yellow! Now my wish list includes one of the new FoodSaver machines!

Love these Bags
These are easier than using the food saver.. Just think about it no more mess to clean up. As long as you clean tne bags I use 1 tablespoon of bleach + anti-bacterial soap to clean the bag, it also takes the smell from the bags. That will save money. As long as you seal the bag good they are set to seal again, and again.
The food saver, I need a 3rd. one, it will not vacuum then seal. I clean the sponge seals but it still will not work so I bought new sponge sealers, it still will not work. If I use the food saver and I need to do stock I always need to clean it. The bags always curl at the edges. They need to make longer ones to hold a [pain] loaf of French Bread, a side of baby back ribs. I need 2 gallon size to hold a standing rib roast I need wider & longer bags for a side of salmon, Turkey breast, home made rings of sausages. These bags save time.

Cant get any better than this!!
The Foodsaver Gamester DAM 22 Gallon DAM Bags are perfect for prepping and saving food. My wife has been using these bags like they are going out of style. She uses the bags when marinating meats and putting them in the freezer for meals. We were purchasing the rolls, but changed over to these because they were pre made and easier for her. Thanks FoodSaver.

Great for large cuts of meats
My wife found some chicken breasts on sale and I put about 4lbs into 2 bags. The bags with the moisture dam in it kept the Foodsaver machine from getting chicken juice all over it and I got a better seal because no juices got in the way. Last night after finding some salmon I got on sale for $4.49 lb I used the bags for the filets and they worked great.
